Before choosing colors or layouts, list the questions a new visitor brings: What does this business do? Is it relevant to me? Can I trust it? How do I get started? A useful website answers those questions in a sensible order.
Give each important service a clear page or section. Explain the problem it addresses, what is included and who it is for. Use headings that people understand on first read, and place a contact path near the information they need to make a decision.
Plan for the team who will maintain the website. Decide who updates service details, photos and contact information. A site that remains accurate for a year is more valuable than an impressive launch that goes stale after a month.
Test the finished pages with a phone, a slower connection and someone unfamiliar with your business. Ask them to find a service and send an inquiry. Their experience will show you where the design still needs work.
